I need to know the percentage of people in the USA, Australia, Germany, and Canada that have a combination of government and private insurance? Please site credible sources. Thanks!

Answer: The numbers are widely publicized in the USA - 25% of Americans are on Medicare or Medicaid, and 70% are insured.
