Could I SUE His INSURANCE? He Broke My Nose In Karate? (+3) (+10)? |
We both had karate insurance at the time. He kicked me in the face instead of the stomach (where I blocked, but obviously still got kicked in the face). It was in 2005 and I was 12 and he was 11 or 12.
This was in England, by the way.
An ambulance had to take me to hospital, I was told i had a broken nose and had it reset as a 1 day inpatient in a hospital. I had health coverage but we had to pay £80 for the anesthesia.
I want to sue for the horrible
