i am currently thirteen weeks pregnant and haven't seen a doctor except for my emergency room visit about a month ago for pain. I applied for medi-cal in january, and did't hear anything for about a month until today. i kept calling my worker and she NEVER returned phone calls until she finally called me back... three weeks later. anyways, i was told my application is pending due to the economy status. i will not be able to recieve any medi-cal from between one to two months !!! there have been six
Answer: I live 2 hours south of you. My worker has done everything from emergency medi-cal for pregnant women to switching me to no cost health net medi-cal. You should make an appointment with your worker. Even if it's weeks away you will get more done in person than through the phone.

in the sacramento area I have a friend who has no insurance or money he does have a job .but has house pmt and all that he needs to go to a Dr .Does anyone know of a free clinic in that area ?

Register My Partner's Car While He Is At Work In Ca?

We moved here in November because he got a job in San Francisco. In December the company he moved across the country to work for ran out of funds. We struggled to to pay rent and buy food for the family until now, he got a great job in Sacramento. We need to register his car in CA. We know it is over due. He works Mon-Fri, can I register it for him? I am on the insurance policy but not the title. The DMV is open on Sat once a month and we just missed it. Suggestions anyone?
Answer: Basically what "fisherwoman" said, except California does not require a vehicle inspection (it's not "fair" to the poor).

I have about six broken teeth in the back due to old fillings coming out that have broken to the gumline, also I had work done on a tooth in the front by a dentist who I feel did a very poor job and is now looking discolored. I cannot afford insurance and have been denied for medi-cal. I am very scared because I don't see how I will be able to afford such dental expenses that I know my situation requires.
