Wife Was Recently Diagnosed With Breast Cancer, And We Do Not Have Health Insurance. Any Options To Get Some?

I left my position with a company in 11/05 to work as a consultant on a very large, long-term engagement. The headhunter indicated that after 6-months, I'd likely be considered for permanent hire, but I now know that is open-ended in reality. In 11/05 we rolled the dice and opted not to get insurance in the interim. Alas, my wife has now been diagnosed with breast cancer. It is early, so her propects are good, but will require surgery. The surgery, hospital stay and follow-up care will be extremely

Answer: I know of a health care savings program that can save 30-50% depending on the services needed. It is not insurance but a savings program so you will qualify. I do not want people to think this is solicitation or advertising so getting more info I am leaving for you to contact me.

How Can I Find A Headhunter Who Charges Their Fee To The Hiring Business?

I'm currently living near Phoenix, AZ, but looking to move to either Denver or back to Tampa where my family is. I have about 5 years worth of Process/Compliance Analyst experience with a major credit card issuer, but I'll be getting my MBA in a couple of months and I'm ready for a major career jump. On top of that, I'd really like to work for a company that would allow me to add at least one of my parents onto my medical insurance. I think I need someone to help me find the open positions, but

Answer: Don't deal with headhunters that charge you. That's a scam! Put your resume on Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. and headhunters paid by firms will come to you.

If I Want To Work Directly For A Client, What Salary Range Can I Negotiate Based On My Wage With A Headhunter?

I was hired by a recruiting firm (aka, headhunter, staffing agency, etc.) as a W-2 employee contracted-out to a company (client) where I work on-site. The client and recruiting firm are both located in a major metropolitan area. From what I was told, my position is temp-to-hire and the position is as a systems engineer in the IT industry. The recruiting firm is small and pays $35/hr with health insurance and a 401(k) plan. No other benefits, leave, vacation, sick leave, etc. are provided. The

Answer: The client substantially reduces its risk by hiring you through the recruiting firm. There is some chance you will not be able to command your $35 per hour due to other costs of employment.

Have you been to www.salary.com to get a good range for your position in your geography?

Much success is your field of endeavor.
