When Executive Life Insurance Failed Did Any Policyowners Lose Money? Please Provide Source Information?

Executive Life Insurance Company (CA & NY) failed in around 1991-92 and the Guarantee Association paid what the company reserves did not. Did any policyholder not get paid. Please provide source or proof.

Answer: You will have to look up the source or proof on your own, as this is apparently homework.

But no, it doesn't happen that policyholders don't get paid. Policies that are still in force, get transferred to another insurance company admitted to that state.

You probably need to get your detailed information from Central United Life, who is now reinsuring the ongoing policies.

Forming A Group For Health Insurance. Not Employees, But An Association Of Gardeners.?

They are all self employed people, who want to form a legitimate association in order to acquire a guarantee issue health plan in California. I am an insurance broker, and have NO IDEA how you accomplish this. I know that lots of associations have them, (Association of Veterinarians, associations of appraisers, associations of roofing contractors.)....

How do I MAKE or CREATE one of these groups? And how do I get the insurance company to recognize it as LEGITIMATE here in California?

Answer: Pac Advantage made that a lot harder for us to set up nowdays, because of how badly that went for them. Most of the associations out there pre-date AB1672, which means all of them pre-date the ruin of Pac Advantage.

Essentially, what you have to do is call an insurance carrier, preferably one with whom you and your agency has an extremely good relationship, and talk to them about negotiations.

Because you are looking at an Association Plan, not a regular group, you are not looking at something that the insurance companies HAVE to do, and as a result, it is unlikely they'll want to buy into that. Association plans are CERTAINLY not protected under AB1672, so you'll

I refuse to pay 700 dollars plus for these so called personal chef training associations. Are they going to do my marketing and guarantee me clientelle, No. I just need to know if anyone knows were I can get some cheap decent liability insurance in southern California

Answer: Well, $700 is the cheapest way to go.

If you go to an independent agent, he'll put you out to market, and I'd be shocked if you found ANYTHING for under $1500.

Withholding Service Charges From A Housing Association?

For the past 11 years, I have lived in a HA flat (assured tenancy). Part of my rent includes a service charge, which (among other things) is meant to cover the cleaning of the communal areas. But most of the time I have to clean the areas myself, either because the HA have no cleaners (they seem to change them regularly!) or because they claim they cannot get access (not true). When I complained they said they could only guarantee that my areas would be cleaned if I gave them a key to the property!

Answer: In my opinion you signed to pay the charge so you should pay it however, you should then make clear to them your disappointment and if things do not get better I would pay again for a private cleaner then once the total is £50 I would ask them to pay if they refuse take them to a county court and tell the magistrate about your efforts to get service and you need to spend extra considering they did not do their job...

You must keep logs and pics of all the things you will use to make your claim. They too can have ccj registered which can cost them in not being able to get future cheep loans as a business.....

I Need Help For A Conclusion On This Essay Please?

Between 1861 and 1924, Russian society had undergone many changes. It is safe to say that every aspect of that society had been some how modified. These changes led up to the Bolshevik revolution in November of 1917. Given the nature of Russian society, was the Bolshevik revolution unavoidable?

After the unification of Germany between 1861 and 1891, which accelerated it's military and political power, Russia too felt it should industrialize. A man named Sergei Witte, who was Minister

Answer: You look like you did some good research. Your paper had a lot of grammaticall errors, particularly verb tenses (switching between present and past). I think I've corrected all of those. I also took the liberty of summarizing the rights that the people demanded since they were fragmentary sentences, and I wrote you a little conclusion. Here's my edited version of your essay:

Five years after Hurricane Katrina, home insurance prices remain ...

She eventually found coverage with a new company in the market, Americas Underwriters of Louisiana, and the price dropped to about $3,000 -- still double her pre-Katrina insurance but better than the quotes of $5,000 she had been receiving. As the company went through its gyrations, Heston had to get a wind policy with Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corp. It raised prices, then began cutting wind and hail coverage and ultimately pulled out of the homeowners insurance market. Heston, who works for Catholic Charities, insured her shotgun double in the Bywater through AAA. , the state-sponsored insurer of last resort, which, in the event of really big storms, bills policyholders around the state for whatever claims it can't pay....
