okay i live in texas and back in 2007. i got pulled over in my cousins car for what reason, he didnt tell me but i told him i didnt have a license, actually i got pulled over just as i left my apartment to pick up my cousin kids from school right down the street, my cousin couldnt do it because her youngest baby was sick..so i went and tried to get them, i explained that to him hoping he will give demand me to go back to home but no of course...he ran my license then checked the car insurance, just

Answer: Most counties offer a payment plan. Ask about that and they may require a portion upfront then set up a minimum payment amount every month for so many months (depending on the total most likely). That's the best bet...they do understand that people can't pay in one lump sum, especially when it's beyond a couple hundred dollars. No need for a lawyer, you can mention the army but no need--just ask if they have a payment plan and go from there. Good luck!
