Hello. I'm thinking of accepting a job with AIG as a worksite agent. (insurance sales) Can someone tell me how do insurance salesman usually get their leads?

A Rock Hit My Windshield And It Cracked, Who Do I Call?

The city is widening this road and adding a streetlight. One of the dumps trucks leaving the worksite was in front of me and a rock came off and cracked my windshield.

Do you call the city and tell them (will they pay to get it fixed), or do you call your auto insurance and place a claim??


Answer: You wont have any luck filing with the city, as it was a construction zone, and there not liable for rocks flying out, they may pay. But usally covered under you comp coverage on your insurance policy, and subject to the ded.

Worker's Comp/Auto Accident Settlement?

Last June my H (47) was rear ended into an 18 wheeler when another driver fell alseep at the wheel. The driver hit the gas instead of the brake when he woke up and hit my H a 2nd time.
