I Work For A Temp Agency, Should I Participate In Their Health Insurance?
Question by jone r | Posted in Insurance
I only plan on staying for three months. Is it worth it to pay for full medical coverage and life insurance. Other than this I have other health care coverage that I don't pay for. Temp agency's health coverage is a little better.

My Mom Is Going To Be Visiting Me In The US From India. Where Can I Get Good Temp Health Insurance?
Question by sjj_14214 | Posted in Other - General Health Care
Answer: USA health insurers will not insure foreign nationals who do not have green cards. Even if she could manage somehow to get insurance it would not cover anything for 30 to 60 days. She can ask the travel agent in India if there are evacuation plans she can buy. They would cover air lifting her back to India for treatment.
What Sort Of Health Insurance Does Kelly Temp Agency Offer?
Question by CK | Posted in Administrative and Office Support
If anyone has recently been hired by Kelly, what sort of health plans do they offer in California and what is the cost for a family plan?
Answer: I haven't worked for Kelly since the '90's, and that was in another state. They didn't provide any benefits other than your paycheck with taxes etc deducted. They did offer a group health plan in which you pay for your own premiums at their group rate. Most contractors I worked with didn't have health coverage because of the price. If they do hire you, before they send you to the job site, they should provide information on this if it's still available.

Question by Silly Chilly | Posted in Insurance
I was wondering what kind of companies do not give their employees health insurance, besides temp agencies?
Thanks
Answer: Lots of companies don't offer health insurance, many construction jobs, as well as many insurance jobs. More and more companies are getting away from offering health insurance every day, thanks to the blood sucking medical industry.

WASHINGTON — Cancer patient Kathy Watson voted Republican in 2008 and believes the government has no right telling Americans to get health insurance. Nonetheless, she says she'd be dead if it weren't for President Barack Obama's health care law.
The news is good: The growth in health care spending declined in 2009 and 2010, to just under 4 percent in both years. The bad news is that President Obama's health care law, if it survives the US Supreme Court and the “repeal and replace” effort,
