Can Someone Please Help Me Deal With This...FRAUD CASE?

So about 2 months ago I purchased a work out video on tv and was offered information about an insurance company and I was curious so I accepted. A few days later a reprisentative called me from the insurance company to discuss it. I said asked if she could send me information so i can read over it. She responded by saying yes and that I had 30 days to call them back after I recieved the info to cancel the policy if not then they would just"simply charge the credit card on file" and my coverage


Answer: Send them a notice via certified mail explaining what you have stated here. Then, if they still claim you owe money, sue them in small claims.
