I Want To Open An Internet Cafe In Trenton, NJ. What Do I Need To Know?

I am pretty sure I have the startup money. I've heard it'd cost about $10,000 to startup, and I will have $20,000 in about 10 months. In the meantime, I want to do some research and prepare myself as best I can. Any idea what I'll need? What steps are involved with insurance and business licenses and locating property, etc.

Answer: you have to research if there is enough demand for it anymore. Lots of places like bookstores and restaurants are offering FREE WiFi access, so why would people pay for it anymore - Try a different business
 
 

No H.Insurance And No County Hospital What Should I Do?

I live in Trenton,Nj which is in mercer county. There is no Mercer County hospital. I have no insurance and am wondering if I should go to another county hospital or why people even say if you don't have insurance go to a county hospital can private ones turn you down?

Answer: It depends on what is wrong with you - If you are having a "true emergency" - like a heart attack, or other life threatening incident - then go to an ER. If you are ill, or have a non-life threatening incident - like a sprained ankle or flu, etc - then you should go to a Dr.'s office or clinic. Most communities have a clinic that is free or charges according to income. Call you health department for info. When you call ask what kind of paperwork or proof of income is needed.

If you will be employed soon, check on short-term health insurance. It's often much cheaper than a regular plan, and will usually cover you from 1 day to 1 year, depending on the plan, and you can cancel anytime. Check with ehealthinsurance.com or google short term health insurance. If you will not be going back to work for the long term, then buy an individual policy like the solicitor above suggests. However, don't buy from people who solicit your business on this board. It's classless for people to solicit business here and they may not have your best

Are There Any Other Former-Canadians Out There Who Moved To The USA?

I grew up in Canada and hated it, that's why I moved to the United States for college when I was 19 and married an American women. I am now an American citizen (with health insurance) and I am looking to commission into the US Navy and serve this great country of ours. As a former Canadian who was proud to renounce his citizenship I say: USA number one! I really love America and will never move back to Canada, my parents now live in Nevada and are retired and I live in Trenton, NJ.

Does My Brother Have A Case?

My brother was recently pistol whipped and shot in his arm. This incident happened in Trenton nj. he was at a friends house and two gunmen busted in the house and demanded he give them his money. the bullet went in and out his arm, he does not have any nerve, muscle, or tissue damage. He is looking to negotiate with the insurance company of this property. What is a good number to start off with. Just to let you guys know he does not want to obtain a lawyer

Answer: The owner of the property was not at fault, so no, he does not have a case.

If the police found the gunmen, he could sue them very easily in court.

Just a guess though, there were probably drugs involved so there will be little to no chance he will win a jury trial in civil court, as the general public opinion in relation to drugs is "you play with fire, you're going to get burned."
