Meg Whitman, in her campaign for California Governor, has made repeated claims that Steve Poizner has leased or purchased a bunch of new cars and suv's, including Chevy Impalas with street packages. These purchases were made during the states budget crunch. What gives?

1807.5. The commissioner shall not suspend or revoke any license, issued under this article, without first granting a hearing, upon reasonable notice to the applicant, except that he may temporarily suspend any such license for a period not exceeding 15 days pending such hearing. Briefly. I changed car insurance companies. Got into and accident prior to having photos taken of the car. Now the insurance company says they aren't liable for damage as I didn't have full coverage due to lack of photos. I'm in California.
