WHERE CAN I GET TRAVEL INSURANCE WITHOUT TAKING MEDICAL INSURANCE -I HAVE TOO MANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS?

Answer: Should be possible. Most travel insurers would be only too happy to exclude medical insurance. You may have a problem with holiday companies/tour operators though. They may insist you have medical insurance.
 
 

Travel Insurance With Pre Existing Medical Problem?

Who knows any company which will insure me with a pre existing medical problem(Angina and stable)aged 65 and who won't rip us off. Going to the States and have had quotes of between £264.00 and up to £688.00. The price we paid last year was £78.00 and because I am now 65 as you can see the price has gone sky high. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer: Hiya!

There is an insurance company called "Free Spirit" who may be able to help you. The number I have for them is:- 0845 230 5000 but this may have changed.
There are insurance companies who will insure you for much less than you've already been quoted, but will not include any existing medical problems.

What Type Of Travel/medical Insurance Do I Need?

I am flying from the the U.S. in November to Australia. After checking with my insurance carrier (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) I find that I will be covered overseas, but have to pay all the medical fees upfront, THEN wait for reimbursement (same with my AFLAC policy).

After looking through all the confusing plans on insuremytrip.com, I'm not sure whether to get medical insurance, travel insurance or both and just how much coverage. I'm in decent health, although I have hypertension and

Answer: I don't know enough about your specific medical insurer to know if their cover is adequate for routine doctor visits (what about pharmaceuticals?) but I never travel anywhere without good travel insurance. That should cover all urgent treatment with no up front payment AND repatriation expenses in the event of a serious incident and also covers you for lost luggage, travel delay and cancellation expenses and theft. The travel insurance I use is issued by Mondial Assistance which is an international company and they're very reliable. World Nomads is a good international travel insurance company but I think they also use Mondial.

Where Could My Husband Get Travel Insurance In UK For Travel To America Following Heart Bypass 3 Years Ago?

For several months my husband and I have been trying to get travel medical insurance for him for travelling to America. He is fit and healthy but the problem is he had a heart bypass operation 3 years ago and insurance companies either want to charge him massive premiums or won't cover him at all.

Does anyone have any ideas as to which insurance companies are more friendly to people in our situation?

Answer: He's a high risk situation. He's going to pay high risk (massive) premiums.

He can't get the same premium as someone who's never had heart surgery. The company you got, that's going to charge him massive premium, IS friendly to your situation.

Medical Certificate For Travel Insurance?

please suggest
i recently made a international trip and had to prepond my trip because of some
medical problems.... before leaving back, i had to see a doctor (whose is actually a specialist,different than what my problem was).......
now when i submitted the doctor forms to the insurance company, they are saying, how can i get treated to a doctor who is not even specialized in the problem i had..
what does it mean...
does it considered as a fraud or will
