What's The Difference Between Single Trip Travel Insurance And Backpacker Travel Insurance? |
am going to LA for 3 months....not backpacking...but it seems to be cheaper (insurancewise)....what's the difference between single trip and backpacker???? and why the price difference???
what should i do?
| Answer: I've used STA backpacker cover several times. The main differences between that and my current policy are things like repatriation, upper limit of cover( that doesn't change for emergencies) but does affect post op treatment. Also single trip insurance can be quite restricting. the student policies can be for as much as 24 months. |
Great value insurance for backpackers and adventure travellers with medical cover and repatriation benefits up to £5m. Gap years have never been more popular with students and career breakers alike, and heading off on adventure holiday,
CompareTravelInsuranceIreland.com is Ireland's first major travel insurance comparison engine and offers students and other travellers the options to choose from single trip, multi-trip, winter sports, and backpacker insurance quotes.
