Employee Benefits For Small Business - How Do I Start?

I own a very small LLC ( 5 employees). All are part time right now, although I plan on hiring at least one full time in the near future. They have expressed interest in employee benefits. I myself do not have health insurance and would like to include myself in a group plan. I have no idea how to start and cannot hire an HR person at this time. I was reading this http://articles.directorym.com/Your_Comp anys_Employee_Benefits_Arizona-r962625-A rizona.html that hints at companies that can help me

If Its Ok To Compare Arizona's New Bill To Nazis, Then Is It Ok To Compare Obama's Economic Policies To Nazis?

People claim the Arizona bill to crack down on illegal aliens is "Nazi like" because liberals claim that Hispanics have to carry around their papers at all time like the Jews in Nazi Germany. Then would it be safe to compare Obama's economic policies to the Nazis, because both of them required citizens to purchase health care or else face a penalty. In addition, Obama's policies on small businesses are meant to keep them small instead of growing as he is forcing them to buy health insurance

Answer: Obama is leading the USA down a slippery slope toward government control of our personal lives. Right, wrong or indifferent, our government seems to think it needs to control our lives because we are unwilling or unable to do it for ourselves.

Answer: Only Bush is "above" the law -- because he has manipulated to system to get complete immunity.

Other people can EVADE the law -- mainly because they have enough money or connections to abuse the system.

Sometimes it's a matter of corruption, as you point out. Sometimes, we simply choose not to allocate enough resources to prosecute all the lawbreakers, as you point out.

My statement that "nobody is above the law" reflects the way the laws are written, and the ideal that should follow under a system where we are ruled by laws. Sadly, we often fall short of that ideal.

An obscure part of the law allows states to restrict abortion coverage by private plans operating in new insurance markets. Capitalizing on that language, abortion foes have succeeded in passing bans that, in some cases, go beyond federal statutes.

Answer: It takes a lawyer to explain the bill & then it is difficult..
It will limit who pays for the abortion, but not the abortion itself.
The objective is that people who oppose abortion not be forced to pay for it through this forced health care plan.

I sincerely hope they repeal this whole plan and start over with a new one.

ANOTHER UNECESSARY TAX — ISN'T SOCIALISM WONDERFUL | Grandonk dot Com

This program expands public health coverage to many children who would otherwise have been enrolled in a private health insurance program. [1] This is another way the current administration is almost secretly getting what it wants/moving coverage from private insurers to public insurers. The SCHIP bill sounds great – State Childrens’ Health Insurance Program. to never charge too much for a service – they’ll just mandate everyone pay for the same, inefficient service, and tax us whatever they want – ins’t that fair – spread the wealth. Evidently a 61 cent increase in cigarette tax went to the SCHIP program....
