I'm 21 and ready to move out of my parents house. I am single and have no one to support but myself. I want the freedom of the open road as well as a way of cheaper living. I've decided to buy a large van and outfit it with all the luxuries of a motor-home. My only concern is, how will I get auto insurance w/o a permanent address? Also what about my license?

Does Your Home Insurance Go Up When You Have A Boat? |
Question by Edward Dewald | Posted in Boats & Boating
I want to buy a 21 foot boat and keep it in my back yard when not in use. What costs am I looking at? The boat and trailer need new registration but is that just a one time payment and I'm good to go? thanks
Answer: No your homeowner's insurance won't go up. I own three boats and my insurance for my home actually went down. The company that I'm using insures my home, autos, boats and I also maintain an "Umbrella" policy. The boat will have registration costs usually every other year. The trailer will have an annual renewal. Then you'll also have an annual tax on the boat either labeled a "Property Tax" or "Luxury Tax". It depends on your State and County Tax Assessors Office.
However, you may or may not, have some issues with the local codes for storing a boat on the property. Some jurisdictions may have regulations that won't allow you to store the boat on the |

I Need To Find Out About What Insurance Company Someone Have? |
Question by Jay-!!<> | Posted in Insurance
Im looking on information on someone. Because he isnt responding to my lawyers demand letters. My lawyers have sent two out to him already. Its been going on since May 1st. He havent notify his home insurance company. Because they would of been contact my lawyer. And i know he have insurance because the apartment building/ house he took out a mortgage for the building and in order to take out a mortgage you need to have home insurance. I know the company he took out the mortgage for: Century 21 Mortgage,
Answer: That's private information between the insurer and insured. If he decides to let the insurer defend him, he'll have to file a claim. No claim, no notice to defend. No notice to defend, insurer will fight any judgment. But you can't force someone to file a claim.
At some point, your attorney will force this guy to respond and you'll find out; until then it's private information.
The mortgage company would know what insurance company he has, but I don't think they would disclose this to you due to privacy concerns. |

What Does It Cost Require To Own A Home? |
Question by Kerri O | Posted in Renting & Real Estate
I am 21 years of age and thinking of owning my own home. I have $10,000 just now and think i can use that for a down payment. There are just so may questions about it though... What about property tax, home insurance? closing costs? points? what is all this!~!~ any help!?!?!
ps- i live in NJ...and am looking to stay there
| Answer: Yes, it depends on what state you are in. We are in the process of buying our first home and the property taxes here in SC are added into your mortgage each month, your home owners insurance is also added in but it is your responsibility to shop for it. As far as closing costs go, that will be based on the interest rate you get. You can have no closing costs, but that means a higher interest rate. You can pay extra-points-to get a lower interest rate if you want to. You can look at it like this, you are paying the bank to get a lower interest rate. It is very worth it if you plan on staying in the house for a long time because the first 10 years most of your mortgage payments are going |

If that’s your objective, recognise that, unless you have adequate specialist home insurance to protect your holiday home, you may lose it. Specialist Home Insurance - Holiday Home Insurance Fundamentals. Whilst it’s achievable to acquire protection for your holiday home at nearly any insurance company, it is a good idea to be careful regarding the real nature of that cover. Such insurance is really relevant in the event you let other people make use of the house, or in the event you rent it out. You will also meet with this trouble in the event you occasionally rent your holiday home. Specialist insurance has a much larger limit — at times as much as £5 million, which, in these modern days of fake claims and lawsuits, is a a lot more sensible amount. Most folks dream about buying a holiday home where they could escape the boredom of daily existence. You’ve probably worked hard to acquire your holiday home, and could be looking forward to retiring there someday. Many providers reason that due to the fact that your holiday home isn&rsquo....
